Hello! I am an undergraduate student at UBC engaged in a technical writing project. The purpose of this survey is to obtain primary data for an analysis, which will assess the existing Metrotown mall navigation system and offer suggestions for enhancing your shopping experience. The final formal report will be addressed to Metrotown Mall Administration office, located at 604 – 4720 Kingsway. Together with relevant literature on the topic, the data I gather from this survey will serve the ultimate purpose for improving your customer experience.
