Registration in courses that result in timetable conflicts require the approval of each instructor and your faculty advisor.
Note: There are some faculties that do not permit course conflicts within their programs.  Please consult with your faculty advisor.

Please have the Instructor/Department/Course Coordinator confirm the following statement in writing, via email and upload their response:

<Student name> and I have discussed their course registration conflict with <course I teach>.  Through one or more of: (a) planned use of class time, (b) a mitigation strategy developed by the student, I am confident they are able to fully meet the course requirements and can be concurrently scheduled to be in my class and another at the same day/time each week.

OR

If the course listing (e.g. courses.students.ubc.ca) points out alternate participation times that indicate you can definitively attend at an alternate time, please upload a pdf copy of the information you found online.
