This is a confidential online tool designed to allow all learners at the Faculty of Dentistry at UBC to report events that they have either experienced or witnessed in the FOD learning environment or community, which they believe constitute mistreatment, or contrary to UBC policies; including the FOD Professional Standards, or the UBC Respectful Workplace Guidelines.
