The Outstanding Partner in Experiential Education Award recognizes an individual that has demonstrated a dedication to and made significant contributions to experiential education in our programs. Individuals who contribute to experiential education in any of the undergraduate Entry-to-Practice PharmD practicum or service learning courses, Structured Practical Training (SPT) experiences of the Canadian Pharmacy Practice Program (CP3), and Flexible PharmD program practicum courses are all eligible for this award. Nominations for this award may be submitted by students, faculty members, colleagues, supervisors, clinical coordinators, or others that can specifically comment on the individual’s contributions.

Completed applications must be received by the Office of Experiential Education by:

May 15th for August-April E2P PharmD practicum courses (i.e. PHRM 270, 471, 472, and 473)

August 15th for May-July E2P PharmD practicum courses (i.e. PHRM 171, 271, 272, and 371), Flex PharmD courses, and SPT
