I am an undergraduate student at UBC engaged in a technical writing project. The purpose of this survey is to collect real-time data from employees for an analysis that aims to assess employee satisfaction and potentially implement effective company changes at C Market Coffee.

The Formal Report will be addressed to the C Market Coffee store manager, Jun Park. Along with the research gathered from publications on recent labour shortage studies in BC and articles regarding hiring and retention strategies, this survey will serve to determine the overall experience of employees. Participants will be both senior and new staff at the café.
